Getting started is easy! Simply contact us through our form or call us directly. We'll set up your vendor account, provide you access to our dashboard, and you can start creating shipments right away. No complex integration required.

We deliver across Nepal, covering major cities and districts. Same-day delivery is available within Kathmandu Valley, while other areas are served within 2–5 business days depending on the location.

We collect payment from your customers upon delivery. The collected amount, minus our service charge, is settled to your account on a regular basis. You can track all COD collections through your vendor dashboard.

Our delivery charges are based on the delivery zone and package weight. We offer transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Express delivery options are available at an additional charge.

All shipments can be tracked through your vendor dashboard in real-time. Your customers also receive tracking updates via SMS. You can see the current status, location, and delivery timeline for each package.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our team will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to you at no additional charge. You'll be notified at every stage through your dashboard and SMS.

Your vendor account is typically set up within 24 hours of submitting your request. Our team will reach out to verify your details and provide login access to the vendor portal — usually within the same business day.
